You can exchange a defective product for an identical new quality product. The partner undertakes to check the quality of the product in individual packaging within 10 days from the date of purchase and has the right to exchange the product with hidden defects in the office or ISC of the company where the purchase was made. The exchange of goods is possible with the presence of a sales receipt (order form) and on condition that the expiration date and series on the packaging correspond to the product sold in the ISC, and there are also hidden signs of poor quality that are determined only after opening the package (leaked or broken bottles, signs of poor quality of the product, etc.). If hidden defects are discovered, the consumer makes a claim in writing to the territorial ISC. Replacement of low-quality products is carried out at the expense of the ISC where the purchase was made. Perfumery and cosmetic products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55. The retail price of the product is valid only for consumers who do not have an agreement with the corporation or a Client Card. When registering a Partnership Agreement or a Client Card, each buyer is given a 28% discount on the retail price.

Consumers are buyers who are not registered with the company. They do not have a Client Card or a Partnership Agreement with the corporation and purchase products at retail prices.

Clients are buyers registered with the company who can use a 28% discount on products. They do not have the opportunity to build their own business structure, but they have the right to a product bonus of 3 to 7% of the purchase volume in rubles to their gift account. IT IS PROFITABLE TO BE A CLIENT!

A gift account is an account where funds can only be used to purchase products. Money cannot be withdrawn from the account.

Fill out a form at any office of the corporation and receive a Client Card. The cost of the registration "Client Form" is 250 rubles. At any time, the Client can switch to the Partner status and start creating their own structure. In this case, the sponsor will be the one who recommended the corporation.

A Partner is an individual or legal entity that has a Partnership Agreement with the company, which gives them the opportunity to use Li West products, promote them on the market and receive monetary compensation when fulfilling the conditions stipulated by the Marketing Plan.

You can become a Partner of the company by registering:
1) on the company's website https://liwest.ru/partners-app/ (including via the Sponsor's referral link);
2) by filling out the Partnership Agreement (Agreement) at any Li West office.

1. Your future Partner fills out the Partner Agreement form on the company's website.
2. Receives his/her number in the first generation of your structure.
3. An email about the conclusion of the Partner Agreement is sent to you, the new Partner, and the corporation.
4. The new Partner receives an email with his/her agreement number (555……) and a link to the electronic booklets included in the paper version of the agreement. A plastic Partner Card is not issued.
5. To complete the procedure for concluding a Partner Agreement, the Partner can contact the ISC, presenting an email from the company with an ID number, or make a purchase in the company's online store https://lw-shop.ru/ using his/her individual ID number.

The Client, unlike the Partner, does not build his own business structure, but only purchases the corporation's products with a 28% discount and receives bonuses to his gift account.

Complete the Partner registration procedure. Your Sponsor will not change.

Registration can be cancelled in two ways:
1. The Partner has the right to terminate distribution activities at his own discretion by submitting a corresponding application to the corporation with a copy of the application/agreement and passport to the address: advance@liwest.ru.
2. In the absence of purchases under the registered identification number of the Partner (ID) within 12 months, the application/agreement of the Partner is cancelled.

A promotion is an opportunity to show your activity and receive bonuses, privileges and rewards from the corporation in addition to those provided by the Marketing Plan. The promotion is limited in time and requires the fulfillment of certain conditions.

Go to the corporation's website, select the "Personal Account" tab and click the "Register" button. Then fill out the registration form, an email will be sent to the electronic form containing the password for the Personal Account. The login is the Partner Agreement number. The login and password will become active after the exchange of data between the information and service center and the corporation.

Only the company's Partners have access to the Personal Account. The Personal Account contains information necessary for the Partner to work with their structure.

This is a convenient tool for registering candidates. Send your future Partner a referral link, by clicking on which he will fill out an electronic agreement with the corporation and receive his ID in your structure. Your unique referral link is available in the Personal Account in the "My referral link" section.

A Sponsor is an existing Partner who introduced you to the company and made an offer of business cooperation. A Sponsor in the Li West company is a Mentor of a novice Partner, he helps his Partners not only to obtain complete information and knowledge about the rules of doing business with the company, but also to acquire skills in distribution activities. Each Partner, carrying out his activities, is a Sponsor (organizer) of his distributor structure and at the same time a member of the organization of the superior Sponsor. The business of each of your Partners is part of your business. The success of your Partner is your success. Changing the Sponsor is impossible during the entire period of partnership activity.

If this issue is fundamental for you, you can terminate your partnership activity in the company at your own request. To do this, you should submit a corresponding application to the company. By terminating their activity, the Partner loses all rights, benefits and privileges associated with their activity in the Li West company. Re-registration of the Partnership Agreement is possible no earlier than after 9 months. In this case, the Partner has the right to choose a new Sponsor.

At the initial stage, the Sponsor trains its distributors by personal example, taking an active part in holding meetings with candidates for its new Partners, conducting product and business presentations. The Sponsor holds motivational meetings with its structure, teaches planned business management.

You can purchase printed business literature at Li West offices or order it from the official online store. Business literature is also available in electronic form - on the corporation's website in your Personal Account, in the "Business Tools" and "Marketing Plan" sections.

Each product has not only a price, but also an equivalent point value. Points are awarded for purchasing Li West products. Points are needed to determine the qualifications of a Partner and calculate bonuses for Partners and Clients and convert them into cash rewards, regardless of the country in the world and the currency in which the Client or Partner purchased the product.

This is an account to which cashback from personal purchases of the Client and Partner is transferred, as well as remuneration from the turnover of the Partner's sales structure. The Client and Partner can use the accruals on their bonus account for subsequent purchases as a discount.

The billing period is 1 calendar month. Bonuses are calculated before the 15th day of the month following the billing month. The calculation and accrual of bonuses is made from the point value of the product at the current exchange rate of conventional units. Bonus accruals can be used as a discount when purchasing products or received in cash. 1 conventional unit = 50 rubles.

At the initial stage, Partners choose the accrued reward in the form of a discount when purchasing products. As soon as the reward exceeds 20 thousand rubles, at the Partner's request, a marketing services agreement is concluded. To do this, the Partner must obtain the status of an individual entrepreneur or "Self-employed".

There are no restrictions on expanding Partners and Clients in the first generation and building new parallel branches of your business, which makes it more sustainable and profitable. A large number of people can register online using your referral link and all of them will be in your first generation.

The mandatory minimum Personal Volume for the month is 30 points. When you achieve it, you receive a reward for your structure. If your PV is less than 30 points, the reward will not be accrued.

The Company credits the Partner with a bonus for their personal purchases (Personal Volume) made during the month: Activity and Activity+.
Activity — the Partner receives 25% of the minimum Personal Volume (PV), equal to 30 points.
Activity+ — the Partner receives 35% of the volume of points exceeding the minimum Personal Volume.

If for three consecutive months your Personal Volume is less than 30 points, then based on the results of the third month your structure is transferred to a higher active Sponsor.
If for 12 months PV = 0 points, then based on the results of the twelfth month the Partnership Agreement is cancelled.

Every person you invite to the corporation is part of your structure: he is your Partner or Client, you are his Mentor (Sponsor). The larger your structure, the greater the turnover it makes, the higher your bonus.

This is the sum of PV of Partners and Clients in all generations of your structure, including your PV. The concept of "Structural Volume" is used to determine the qualifications of Partners.

This is the position that Partners or Clients occupy in your structure.
The first generation includes Partners and Clients personally attracted by you.
The second generation includes Partners and Clients personally sponsored by your first generation Partners.
The third generation includes Partners and Clients personally sponsored by second generation Partners, etc.

By signing up new Partners and Clients, you take on the responsibility of an informant and a manager of the distributor structure. The Sponsor Partner must not only actively manage the work of the groups included in his network, but also provide them with support. A Partner has the opportunity to receive income not only from Personal Volume, but also from the distributor structure - business partners up to the fifth generation in the amount of 6 to 20% of the entire point turnover! The higher your qualification, the more generations the reward is calculated from.

It is beneficial! The Leadership Bonus from 1 to 9% is paid without limitation from the Personal Volumes of Partners and Clients from the sixth generation and below. Important: the higher your Director qualification, the higher the percentage you receive from your structure from the sixth generation and below.

Qualification is your status in the company. Your qualification is determined monthly. To enter a particular qualification, a Partner must fulfill certain conditions regarding first-generation sponsorship and Structural Volume. Your qualification determines the percentage of remuneration in the current month. The higher a Partner climbs the career ladder, the more recognition and rewards he gets from the company. Each step on the ladder of success opens up new opportunities.

"Balans" — STRUCTURAL BALANCE — is the ratio of the turnover volume of the most active branch to the volume of the other branches in the Partner's structure. The balance must be within 80:20. The share of the most active branch must not exceed 80%. This rule applies to Partner structures starting with CO4 ≥ 2,000 b in the current month. The balance is calculated within the Structural Volume in accordance with your qualification. Apparently, your structural balance is not met, and your bonus is reduced in proportion to the amount of imbalance in the structure within the generations from which you are credited with the Author's Fee and Leadership Bonus. And when calculating the Structural Balance, the Partner's Personal Volume is taken into account in the volume of the weak branch. From the Personal Volume, the bonus is paid in full, according to the MP rules. Bonus deduction percentages to PV are not applied.

Simple compression is a mechanism for compressing the generations of your structure due to failure to fulfill the minimum Personal Volume by Partners (PV < 30 points) at the time of calculating bonuses. You can transfer your individual number (ID) to close relatives at your own request to continue your partnership activities. To do this, you must contact the company with a corresponding application. If the relative is a representative of the structure of another Partner of the company, he is obliged to cancel the position he occupies in the company and accept the ID of the donor. The Partner who transferred his individual number (ID) ceases his activities in the company.

There is no need for new registration. You can accept the individual number (ID) of the deceased Partner of the company according to the rules of inheritance of property. The term for transferring property rights to the heirs is six months from the date of death of the Partner. If the heir is a representative of the structure of another Partner of the company, he is obliged to cancel the position occupied in the company and accept the ID of the deceased Partner. In the event of the successor's refusal of the inheritance of the deceased Partner, the sales structure created by him is transferred to the Sponsor of the deceased.

Partners may use only those tools approved and provided by the company for advertising purposes: price lists, documents, catalogues, brochures, booklets, audio and video materials, company magazines, presentation samples, etc. The Partner is not allowed to produce or distribute printed materials advertising the company's products. The publication of photographs of sports, science, and show business representatives whose images the company uses to advertise its products, photographs of the company's products, and the use of registered trademarks owned by the company are only possible with the prior written consent of the company. The company must be indemnified against disputes and claims from third parties, the subject of which would be the use of images of the above objects.
